Thread: Important: Brigade Subforum Changes!

Greetings, Brigade Mods!

After much deliberation, the staff have decided that it's time for drastic change in the Other Brigade forum.

Although we realize that brigades are popular amongst some members, we feel that a certain userbase is being left out of discussion on many topics that could be placed in a different forum. Specifically, I'm talking about anime and games. We have dedicated subforums for both of these topics, and we feel that they are being underused. Therefore, we have decided to move the existing Other Brigade subforums into new subforums within the Anime & Manga and Games forums.

Be aware: we are not going to take away your brigades. You're more than welcome to continue with your brigade structure inside these new subforums if you so wish. However, you will be expected to share the space with anyone who wants to talk about the subject of your brigade without joining.

Furthermore, any existing Other Brigades without a subforum will be allowed to continue in the same way they are now. You can still apply for a subforum if your brigade has enough activity, but this subforum will be created in the main forums, not within Brigades.

However, we are going to place down new guidelines concerning new Other Brigades. New brigades may still be created, but if the subject matter of the new brigade could be placed in another forum, it should be placed there. If a new Other Brigade is created and is judged to be against these guidelines, it will be deleted. Also, we do not want to see brigades being created within the Anime & Manga or Games forums; these will also be deleted.

The following is a list of Other Brigades that will be moved, and the forums they'll be moved to:

School Rumble Brigade
Magnificient Ouran Host Club Brigade
Naruto Brigade
Bleach Brigade
TYPE-MOON Brigade

Game Forum
MGB
Final Fantasy Brigade

On top of this, we have the Fanfic Brigade and RPinc. We already have an RP forum and a fanfic forum. Therefore, we will move these brigades to Creative Corner.

Now, I'd like someone from these brigades to tell me what they want done with Creative Corner. In effect, we're giving the place to you, and I'll create whatever subforum structure you want in there to contain all your stuff, as I know nothing about all that. Someone plan it out, and we'll set it up for you.

Finally, unless Silver has any particular objections, I'll remove The Organization due to inactivity.

The remaining subforums will be the NBB and the Mecha Brigade. These are examples of good Other Brigades. Their subject isn't concentrated on one series or game. This is what Other Brigades was intended for: imagination! If you want to talk about anime, we have the Anime forum, etc.

Oh, and a final thing: you'll keep your mod powers as green mods, and will take charge of whichever subforums are created from your brigades. However, any empty Bmod slots will be filled by existing white mods.

Bump: Has anyone read this? It's pretty important for everyone in the brigade to read this b/c the move might be put into action very very soon.

What's the problem here? All we've done is remove 'Brigade' from the name, so people don't feel they have to 'join' anything to post about Bleach You've still got your subforum.

now we also have trolls who dislike Bleach
