The FA have removed the England football captain's armband from John Terry. He is due to stand trial in July over racial abuse allegations after an incident with QPR's Anton Ferdinand. In a statement, the FA said Terry would not "captain the England team until the allegations against him are resolved". After my travails with my MacBook last week, I came to the harrowing conclusion that I needed to properly archive my images. Scary, isn't it? Facing any length of time without your favourite machine... I had my first hardware issue with my MacBook Pro on the 28th December. The screen didn't show anything on booting, but the volume keys were functioning, beeping & chiming away and raising and lowering the volume as they should.
