Do Ken Akamatsu knows our forum?

My friends, sorry if the question has already been made or is too stupid ... But do Mr. Ken Akamatsu knows or has visited our forum? He came to mention it in the blog he maintains on his site, the AiLove Network?

yeah, he talks about us all the time, carrying the torch for his series and corrupting the minds of the unwary. We're even on commission

I'm afraid I've no idea if he knows of us at all, but it's a nice thought, isn't it? After all, he's doing this and is still working because of fans like us ^_^

I would like to think Ken knows about some of the larger efforts of fandom scattered about. Be good to hear his thoughts on things, even if we have wandered a bit ^^

well, i googled love hina forums, and it might be my computer trying to be smart and giving my history first, but we were the first. aside from that, the next place was hinalove, of all places. followed by fanfiction.net of all places. and finally lovehina.dk

we were'nt on the front page otherwise. but hey, no worries, right?

I would say that if Ken Akamatsu has any interest for overseas fandom, he has probably paid attention to the existence of AnimeB. But not necessarily much more.

And that bit of attention could very well have been paid before this site got its current name. What did you guys call yourselves in the ancient times again?

If I were Mr. Akamatsu, I would probably have an assistant googling for the most interesting non-Japanese fan sites, like, for some hours twice a year, and give me a report on what seems most interesting.

As far as I know, we've always been "Love Hina (& Negima) Forums". The domain name has changed, but our title has remained the same, until recently. Having been sadistically butchered, which I can only pin on Betong

...and you would do that, wouldn't you? I mean I can understand that you'd want to keep track of the fandom, see how things are going, but if you were a busy in-demand manga artist you'd have "people" for that

Come to think of it, if I look at the forum main page, its official title is: "Love Hina & Negima Forums - join us on IRC at irc.animeb.com #animeb".

It's just that on the page itself, the "Animeb.com" text is much more prominent than the "Love Hina & Negima Forums", making one think the latter is a subtitle (as in "subheading", not "translation text").

"Love Hina Forums" is too long to type repeatedly, and I've tried using LHF but nobody knew what I was talking about

yes. The man is a superhero. He also has time to catch up on all of Japan's new and improved ecchi methodology I expect there's a department of Akamatsu Inc that monitors the fan scene of his work. Possibly trying to scope out anything that may have legal connotations, but I'm sure he takes an interest
