This time, Balmung entered the project, but this is still part of the evil plan to tease Selo.

Note: If you haven't made an appearence in this story, son't dishope. As the title says, these are Tales, so there will be many.

-------- Episode 2

Once upon a time, there was a teenager named selo who loved selling lasagnas to foreigners. The truth behind this was that Selo was a powerful knight seeking for the temple of the lost lasagne, so he would travel from country to country seeking for some kind of clue.

As a child, he had been told by his grandpa there was a fantastic treasure in the temple of the lost lasagne. Being a lasagne lover, he loved to hear those stories and would usually ask for more. As he grew up, he wanted to fulfil he promise he had made: to find the magic temple and get the treasure.

His specialities were purple lasagnas almost turning black, so that they would have a better taste. Indeed, he was the master of cooking, so finding the temple would also be essential to rise in his career.

What exactly was inside the temple, he did not know, but he was willing to find out.

Selo lived in the south lands. On a tour, after selling lasagnes in Philippines, he found the leader of the legendary tribe Chizu-nee, Pepe. Being the lasagne Chizuru’s enemy, Pepe told Selo the temple was located in the northern lands, but, as he found out Selo was a lasagne cook, Selo was immediately whomped by the members of Pinoy Tambayan. (Un)Fortunately, Selo managed to survive as he succeeded in summoning a lasagne monster.

Finally having a clue, Selo decided to begin his journey. As he was packing to leave, his father, randompanzy, would wave at him and wish him good luck.

Selo decided to head for the northern lands in search for the strange temple. To make for a living, Selo decided to start a lasagne business, as it was the only thing he could do well. In those lands, being the lasagne unknown, it was quite a success. However, as the success increased, demands rose and Selo was obliged to do as many lasagnes as he could.

One night, bored after doing so many lasagnas, he entered a library. There, he met Yonathen, the librarian and follower of Nodoka-chan, who, having been told about Selo’s mission, gave him important information. According to Yonathen, a lady called MomoYome was trapped in that temple, a goddess, according to his information. Thanking for the precious information, the knight and cook Selo got out of the library.

The northern lands were a quite wealth country so Selo quickly got rich. As he would walk further and further, and approaching the place where the temple was supposed to be, he felt he was being watched from somewhere. After the third day of walking, the follower finally let himself meet with Selo: it was a giant lasagne.

The lasagne was strong, but Selo did not hold back. Finally, Selo managed to escape the great lasagne, but did not defeat it. Indeed, he could now be sure of one thing, he was getting closer to the temple.

Unfortunately, only noticing later, Selo took the wrong path, and was heading to the east. Soon, he was attacked by fans and starving people who wanted him to cook at him. If Selo tried to do that at the beginning, he then stopped and declared he would not cook a single lasagne more in his entire life. Dedicated fans got extremely angry. Thus, Selo had to run for his life.

The next days were not that pleasant. Every hour, he would meet angry fans demanding for lasagnes, adding to the always present feeling of being followed. Finally, while trying to escape the angry fans, Selo found a huge temple: the lost temple of the lasagne.

He did not have a good feeling about it, but he made is way through. Opening the big door of the temple and after getting inside, the door mysteriously closed.

Selo stepped inside the silent temple. With the light coming from tiny windows, Selo could see a large room, whose walls were made of rocks. The hall was full of plants, which Selo had to be careful to dodge.

As he was stepping in the temple, he kept in mind his task: to get the lasagne treasure and to save the goddess.

Finally, he reached the end of the hall. He had thought there would be many traps, but none had attacked him so far. As he opened the first door, he found a wide dinner room, where two shadows were standing.

In a chair, the goddess was having her meal. MomoYome was a beautiful woman, and, as she would bite every piece of lasagne, her calm expression would surprise Selo. Next to the goddess, a lasagne monster waited for something. Selo, sensing the goddess to be in danger, hurried and attacked the lasagne monster.

Something in that monster was very familiar. As he battled him, he noticed the monster was weak or did not even want to battle, but Selo continued. Finally, Selo recognised the monster as his own creation and the monster he had created to run away from the Chizu-nee tribe. If Selo first thought about giving up, since he was afraid of destroying his own creation, he decided to clean his mistakes by destroying the lasagne monster and freeing the goddess at last.

As he was about to blast for the last time, goddess Momo screamed, telling to stop. However, it was too late. From behind all the pasta and sauce, a girl appeared. Shirakawa.

Shirakawa looked angrily at Selo. Goddess Momo immediately cursed Selo for ruining Shirakawa’s costume for Halloween and asked him why he had come. After telling her the will to save her, she told him she never wanted to be saved. Teary, Selo exited the room.

Suddenly, he remembered the real reason he had came. Opening the dinner room’s door, and before being targeted with a lasagne plate, Selo asked where the lasagne treasure was, obtaining as an answer an angry “somewhere not here”.

Selo, cleaning the lasagne from his face, climbed the stairs in front of him. Up there, he found a bedroom, not the goddess, but a special bedroom. In the bed, something was slepping. Approaching the thing, Selo found an old piece of paper. Next to it, a note was lying.

“To wake up the lost recipe, kiss it with true love.”

Selo wondered. His love for cooking, even after giving up cooking lasagnes, had not disappeared yet. The enjoyment and happiness of cooking was always present within him. With that in thought, Selo approached the recipe and kissed it.

What followed this was very confusing. Lights appeared, the room was sparkling more than ever and the recipe flew next to Selo. Opening the recipe, he found out how to make a beautiful lasagne and decided he would cook forever.
The recipe and Selo lived happily ever after.
