Well, you can always surf google for regular wallpapers and size em down for the PSP, or unless you're talking about a wallpaper complete with a track on it to make it psp-friendly, such as bars for the icons.

B. Take ANY picture, and using PhotoShop or Paint Re-Crop to 480px × 272px dimensions.
