well according to my clock, its has been a week since ive started this brigade and since ManonFire12 hasnt come forth to claim the thread, i will take control of the Konoka Konoe Brigade. All in favor say "I".

no arguments, good lets continue. Fuzzy is now General of the Konoka Konoe Brigade. I accept. As first motion, i will appoint KamikazeCommie as a member and promoted to A1C (ill come up with a ranking quiz later) XD .
