If Keicanad started a war against any of the allied brigades of the Shinobu Brigade:
1) He'd be commanded to cease and desist immediately. Ignoring this, he's booted out of the SB. (He has no authority to declare war on behalf of the Shinobu Brigade.) I'm also sure that his membership in the Negima brigade would also be terminated as well, I hope, leaving him only in the Shirai Brigade.
As far as I know, he's the only member of the Shirai brigade.
2) The SB would defend their friends in the alied brigade. Then the wooden mallets and frying pans will LART him into the ground.
3) Our allied brigades would join in and lay the smack down. 2) and 3) would be quite messy.
Now, I know Keicanad is interested in moving up in the Shinobu Brigade and has been cool up until now, but if he starts acting like a fool, well, it won't be as an official act of the SB.
