Well... 13 IS a TAD young... But having plans for the future is always good.

Mmm... I think Kendo should still be taught. I mean, it is, but have more of a focus still. But, overall, I agree with most of the laws during the Mejii Era. Such as the banning of swords in public. Sure... No swords suck... But at least it brought Unity and Modernization to Japan. =P

What's better Bokens or Shinai?

Depends on the situation. For sparring, Shinai, definitely. Though I USED to use Bokken for Spars, I've found that Shinai hurt FAR less, and you can be much less reserved when using them.
However, if you plan for a sort of 'real' fight... Then without a doubt, Bokken. Shinai do no damage... Bokken will.

...I've never really PLAYED a real game of Darts.

...I'd stare blankly in shock for a moment, as cream dripped from my face. Blinking a few times, trying to actually COMPREHEND what just happened. Then I'd slowly raise a hand to my face... Scrape a bit off my cheek with the index and middle finger, then eat it. ...with the hopes that it is, indeed, a BANANA Cream Pie. ^__^
...if it's not... and something crappy like Lemon Merangue, or Key Lime, I'd probably chase after you and splatter you with the reminants on my face.
