This is from the Love Hina Desktop Accessories CD. With the CD Naru speaks every time you push any non-numerical button, as well as different sounds for when you say, divide by zero.
It also has loads of other pointless but amusing applications like a launcher (which has 5 little slots per hinata girl that can have shortcuts to other applications), a full windows soundset for each hinata girl, and other really crazy stuff, screensavers, two different clocks with alarm functions, etc.
