Well I only know of Durant and Oden being the best to draft, so I'll say Portland will take Durant and Seattle Oden. Seattle has its shooters, now it needs a big guy for defense. Durant is just a good player overall that can help Portland to where he can go wherever they want him to go.
But I never expected the two worst teams this year to do so badly in the lottery. Ouch! >.<
