You can find the episodes about.... it's just harder to do with the licensing thing.
I found episodes 17,18, and 19 elsewhere. Where I found them will eventually dry up. It was on a video posting site. If you look you'll find it, until those places crack down on it. From what I've heard online, Mahora was being lazy about the translation and posting the episodes. Of course, that's rumor and hearsay, and I put little stock in that unless there's actual evidence behind it

It's a shame. I hate having to wait for a series to come out on DVD without knowing if I'll like it or not.
