I've read several Negima! fanfics but most of them are shoujo-ai and I like all of them. The only non-shoujo-ai fanfic I like is a fanfic entitled 'Negika'. It is on FanFiction.Net.
I do have my own Negima! fic, which is a crossover fanfic involving Love Hina and two video games (I have a different username in FanFiction.Net). But you may like it after you read. Well, since I'm a shoujo-ai lover, shoujo-ai is included in the fic and I've upload my fanfic on two shoujo-ai websites.
