I've figured it all out...
Here are the ranks...
Everyone with a Captains name...is a Captain...
Everyone with a Lt's name is an LT
Everyone with no name...is just there
So if you wanna move up, do it the Bleach way. Challenge and defeat the Captain? Get Recommendations? Or that other one which wasn't interesting at all....
