not found yet. The article discusses the essence of the meme, but not its history. Of course it could be a good guess that the Cand-, *COUGH*, the meme we are talking about was originally born on /b/ of 4chan. However, no one has directly stated that so far, let alone backed up such a claim with further evidence.
