hinarei has much to be proud of

A true great who's graced the shirt of my own side, as well as captained England 90 times.

Sir Robert Moore, folks A great reader of the game, he had no real pace to his game, but could be in the right place to stop an attacking move even before the forward thought about it A magnificent defender. I modelled myself on him, y'know. Not that I was any good. Played more like Julian Dicks

That or the first player I really latched on to: big Ludo Miklosko I was a goalie, but didn't have enough of a presence in the air, so set myself up as a defender instead When I was a goalie though, I always tried to follow what Ludo did during games, see what worked for him, how he sorted himself out positionally, and stuff.

Yeah, so, Ludo and Sir Bobby

Mooro was never knighted, but to every Hammers fan (and a good deal of England fans too), he's Sir Bobby
