How I got them:
1. go to veoh.com (and register and stuff ...)
2. download veoh tv
3. when installed, go to the search tab
4. enter the keywords 'Negima Live Action Episode' (without quotes)
5. the first two results are the 2 subbed episodes
6. watch and/or download
