Well then, i am beaten, Balmung is the new champion of Motoko, and now student of the Shinmei-ryuu's 決戦 奥義. This means that Balmungs now is deigned with the right to use the Kessen Ougi; Shin Raikouken and that he may create another Kessen Ougi as long as he holds the style, thought similar techniques may be granted to those not the champion, they shall be classed as hi-ougi's instead.
This is merely created by myself on the fly to give something of a prize to the title. Also I'll post a few weeks later to start the next championship, If you want to make this annual.
