Another change:
Platoon leaders have the authority to admit, deny admission, or kick someone out of a platoon.
A decision can be appealed to the second officer (not yet done) the first officer or me, but I'm not likely to overturn. I assume the platoon leaders know what they're doing, and my junior officers will operate on that assumption.
