Oh yeah, neb, forgot to mention the c.c. bits  . It was neat to know her story, and her wish surprised me , anime doesnt surprise me much these days (since i can pretty much see things coming a mile away ). I actually thought C.C's wish was to get rid of V.V or something along the lines of Lelouch making her feel like a regular girl .
As for the memory loss, perhaps she 'transferred' the immortality to the emperor guy (whats his name, anyways?) and by doing so, she lost all her memories about it and maybe she will be a regular human now, aging/dying
