rate ^'s signature
Since everyone is now changing sigs on a constant basis, i think it would be great to tell everyone what you thnk of their sig.

the rateing of sigs will be done on a ^ basis... this means that you can only rate the sig of the person who posted before you. this means that the next person who posts will rate my sig, then the person who posts after that person will rate that presons sig etc. be open and honest and don't be afraid to rate their avatar too if you feel like it.

so since no one posted before me the next person shall start by rating my sig....
