I haven't really cried, but I've been pretty moved by some of them, more than I usually do by regular movies, series etc... That's quite rare, though - usually I'm more like "oh... that's sad, I really liked her..."

a half of tear from an eye counts as crying?
I have been moved with air and shuffle. but it's hard to cry because an anime, it's easier with a movie or a dorama... stairway to heaven, a litre of tears and I'm sorry I love you Doramas are very emotional... if you don't cry with them you are not human.

I cried at the end of Sailor Moon. You know, after plowing through 200 episodes and a bunch of movies, it's a great big letdown when it's all over (I also cried in the manga and PGSM). I also cried in Evangelion, that was a VERY moving anime.
