A.I Love You question

Hello guys! I just finished reading the complete series of the AI Love manga, and I have a couple of questions for those fans who read the thing more closely than I did.

1) As far as I can understand, the 3 A.I programs (Thirty, Twenty and Fourty) are on some kind of life support. Hitoshi mentioned several times that if the electricity to the house were to be cut off, shutting down the computer as a result, they (the A.I programs) will cease to exist. Towards the end, Hitoshi revealed the super computer hidden in the basement and the reason why he wouldn't go to the USA with his sister. So we can assume that super computer is the life support system for Thirty and her siblings. How come, at the end, all of them left Japan for the USA? How are the AI programs going to continue their existence away from the super computer in Japan? I mean if the whole gang's going to be away, nobody will be paying the bills and that means sooner or later the electricity's going to be cut off.

2) During the battle with Program No. 0, a mysterious person showed up to help. He had this diskette with the name 'BillyG' on it. From what I can see, it was supposed to be a Program No. 31. Who is this mysterious helper? As far as I can tell, BillyG might be the angel program who showed up to inspire Thirty.

Hope to hear from you guys soon.

Hitoshi and the gang were going back to live with his parents and sister, all of whom were computer and AI research specialists at MIT. It stands to reason that the computer labs at MIT would be much better suited for running the girls' programs, and barring that, they could simply recreate the lab underneath their home in America.

This one is the easy one. The angel program that appeared to Saati during the fight against Spider-ZERO was a program that Billy G created, based off of the data he acquired during the span of time that he had Saati under his control. This program was named "Saati-chi" which is, in itself, a double-pun. I've come to understand that 'chi' is one of the myriad of words in the Japanese language used to describe something angelic, and if you break down the name further it can form "Saati Ichi" or "Thirty-One."
