alright people! We could do with sorting out our ranks in the Army.

I'll need people's input into this, but I'd like to keep with the military theme we 'have' at the moment.

Currently, according to the 'What's the strength?' sticky, we have this setup :

General: hinarei
Lt. General: Nightmare
Lieutenant: Ryo Misaki
Sergeant/Medical Staff: Pzycho Leech
Gunner Sergeant: Solo
Lance Bombardier: Wolfie, Alex sitdogboy!
Private: NieA_7, Billy G., s0k0_k1t4ru, Kaz, rasberrycoke, Tyroki,

I'd suggest Kentaro as a fellow General, but will have to wait til he comes back to see if he accepts.

What we need is a proper ranking structure, and a way (maybe) of allowing people to attain higher ranks

Any ideas, including shooting this right out of the water, gratefully received.

The ranking system looks pretty good to me, great job general hinarei! To those who complained about your ranks... don't you think Suu-chan would rather you prove yourself worthy of a higher rank? Ranking systems tend to collapse if they're too top-heavy, lower ranking officers are a necessity.

Well... We need Suu Missions.
Art projects, writing thingies...

Try something similar to what I did...
Order the creation of a FULL Invention list of Suu. (With pictures, prefferably.)
That'd make a wonderful project!

I dont know what else can be done for higher rankings... Because there are very few.
So, ideally, people would have to do ALOT to move up to the next rank, just because there isnt much to move through.

So, maybe we should try to find more? That way people will be more encouraged to do stuff because they have a higher chance of ranking up... =Þ

Anyway, sorry for my absence from here of late... Shoddy Lieutenant I'm turning out to be, ne? ^_^;;;

There can always be more ranks... These are all I could think of off the top of my head, is all Basically, there'll be as many ranks available here as there are in the British Army
