I dunno, Mr A. This isn't the thread to be talking about it, in truth
 I am at a loss to suggest what we do  I've put forward a couple of ideas, like for projects and stuff, but I don't know how to really kick this place back into activity

You could always try bribing people, but I think right now the best thing to do would be reviving threads to bring peoples attention back to her Suu-ness rather then Negima's Kuu Fei

A great idea is always to make some commercials (Banners in you signature - ((I never said this
 ) Spam write alot in threads only about Su and also in the SB... and last refer to Su in every sentece you write. As an example i make alot of commercial for Evangeline AK McDowell <-- actually on more since I use the entire name  and everytime i appear in the SB i do it with a style that refers to the Maze of the dark Brigades.) OK that was a rather long explanation so the short version is just use/refer to the ASR brigade every place you are able to - I rly hope this will help us revieve the brigade back to normal activity

which is one reason why I need to sort out rankings, to get some idea of what to do on promotions and get someone to keep stuff up-to-date when i'm not about

Wooo ^_^ oh yea i had an idea:
For those members who are MIA, they could be made "shadows" of the rankings they hold, eg if the 2nd in command is MIA then they become shadow 2nd in command, allowing for someone to be promoted to that position and do the job actively while the shadow is away
