Oui why am I automatically subjected to the ranks?!
ok ok...I got it done! Idea: elite members: those who've been here longer, get a choice of what squad they want but they gotta do a quiz on it ^^ really easy one 5 questions..NO WIKI HELP! >.< no cheating T.T and then when we get more members, if someone from the lower ranks gets a promotion, captains get first dibs on them and they get to choose what squad they're in. ^^ (that made no sense but yah..i'm tired) yeah the subforum... >.>; we've got over 1000+ posts and we still don't have one?! WTH?! HINA! >.> T.T yeah Kira, i mean you kekekekekeke...^^ and welcome mykikay!

True, but really I think the "higher-ups" should decide who to promote and to which squad. But it'd be inmpossible to set it out like the gotei 13, since we don't have that many members. Though I think the way of promoting people should follow how they do it in the actual series - the brigade leader [me], 2nd in command [Gin] and 3rd Seat [Chizu] should all decide on one person from the candidates, based on their involvement in the brigade. hahaha, and it'll motivate members to get posting, ne? XD
