Well, I never really wished I were a girl...
but I have, very many times, wondered how life would be like if I were born as a girl  Like, would I have a boyfriend (or girlfriend), would I be as aggressive, how would people view me, etc etc

Actually up until now I've never really thought of it. The closest I've come to that would be once in a while I'd think 'must suck to have periods' - but that's about it.
Though now that I think about it, it certainly would be interesting. I'd have boobs which I could fondle. I'd probably lock myself in a room and fondle myself for three days straight (Don't let the emoticon fool you, that wasn't a joke). And after I've had my fill of "self-loving" I still wouldn't manage to get much done as it is already nearly impossible for me to take my eye off of the mirror.

Especially between ages 10 and 20 or so, I often (but not all the time) wanted to be a girl. Yes, with my attitudes and views on life, I do think I have reasons to envy women a bit.
Given the chance through magic or something, I would be quite ready to start all over again as one. I would probably have tomboyish/old-fashioned traits. Me regularly shaving my armpits? Hell no. But since the world as I know it is quite mundane, I am concentrating on getting the fun out of what I am!!

Being a girl has some good points, but it also has some parts that are not-so-fun. I would rather be a girl, though, for sure. Like MotokoFan I can't think of any reasons though right now. :S
When I was a kid, however, I thought all girls had to like barbies, paint their nails, and wear pink. I was a bit of a tomboy until I was a bit older, so that was when I would rather have been a boy because I thought there was frilly expectations. XD

I would say, i could never be a boy. No! But i once thought of how it would be. It would have some plus points. But as i do not like make up too much anyway, i am fine with being a girl.
