I did this Love Hina art (Akamatsu-style), and decided to see if it meets the standards of you guys
I took pictures of these because I couldn't get to a scanner. Hope they're good!

Nice. And you've even written 'Ha ha' on Japanese. But Motoko usually never laugh...

I know, it took me a while to find "ha ha" in japanese. The point was, actually, that since Motoko never laughs, I thought I should draw her laughing.

Oh wow... I'm a bit late on this... =P
But better late than never, ne?

First off, amazing work~! Let me ask, how long have you been drawing?
I REALLY love the Motoko and Setsuna ones! (Perhaps personal bias)
I love the expressions... Especially the light hearted expression on Motoko in your first pic. ^__^

Shinobu, though, is a little lacking compared to the others...

Anyway, a few suggestions...
Pay attention to your neck length and shoulder width. Also the slant of the shoulders.
Perhaps look at some pictures for reference to get your proportion straight.
The neck length should only be (from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the chin) a third of the size of the head, I think... Depending on how the head is turned.

The shoulders should be about half a head width past the sides of the head on each side.

The slope of the shoulders isn't so bad on Motoko, but a little bad on Shinobu, and especially noticable on Setsuna...
Yes, girl's shoulders slant/curve more than men's, which are more straight and square... But they should only curve a slight bit more... Maybe 15 degrees down?
Setsuna's is nearly 45 degrees down from the neck line... ^_^;;;

Anyway, I'm not trying to be nitpicky...
You have an incredible style! I love it!
But if you work on those few things, your art would be AMAZING!

I wanna see more. ^_^

Hey thats nice, I like the setsuna the best, although the only thing id really say needs a bit of work are the eyes

I guess I like drawing big heads with little shoulders? It's something I'm trying to work on...
I also need to work on the eyes. And the lighting. And the shading. And everything else .
The Shinobu pic isn't very good, mainly because Shinobu isn't my most favorite cahracter and I only drew her because of a request.

No Selo... not the proportion of the eyes... The proportion of the BODY! (Neck and Shoulders. )

Well... Big head and little shoulders works sometimes for an SD (Super Deformed or Chibi) style, but its not a good habit to keep. =P

Overall pretty good, but there's something about the overall outline... Was this freehand?

Yep, freehand.
The outline's messed up because of the shoulders + the gianormous head.
