Ahoy. Forgive the fact that what you are about to see was captured using my webcam. My "good" USB port is dead now so I can't use my scanner and I haven't checked with the digital camera which I am not familiar with.. Ah well, I think it looks pretty well considering that I used a webcam.

This is Elina, a character in a story I'm getting ready to write after I draw mug shots of the main cast. Elina is the protagonist who sets out in search of her long lost mother who coincidentally is now the president of war hungering nation which is now pretty much a dump in need of help being rebuilt.

Naru, eh? Now that you mention, she kind of does resemble Naru only without the infamous antennas.

how? redrawing? it doesn't look much like her.

I think it's a good idea to sketch out your characters before you write about 'em... makes sure you've got your head round the character better.

Bleh.. I've been trying to do a side view.. Still no fixed USB port and the lighting is worse tonight..





I can tell that the jaw still needs a little mroe work..
