CardCaptor Sakura! Actually im still a Love Hina fan but I just got the cardcaptor Sakura DVD's and to top it off my comp can now take screenshots from the DVD and I am SO excited imma be hardcore making sigs and gifs for this anime. I already got a gif made

Anyways this whole thread is about my CCS work ill post sigs and gifs here as I make em.

Just so long as you keep up with making LH sigs every now and then..

lol SSC is my sister's fav anime..... i couldnt get a chance to watch it... cos she wouldnt let me touch her DVDs....

but she said its damn good

But here's the problem: With all the non-Shinobu sigs and gifs, vee have a pr0blem here, *ShinobuFan*

Magenta's not too bad, for a board that uses a very dark blue as its background colour... I can see the point of him using a very light colour, and it might look dull if it was all white...

my background color depends on the girl really. I felt those colors for kanako and Tomoyo would suit them perfectly im gonna make more of a bubbly background for Sakura which ill begin right now

well I am extremely pissed off the way my Sakura sig turned out. My DVD-rom crapped out on me b4 I could take any decent sakura screenshots to use for the sig. So basically Sakura's sig sux my shit and its my worst work ever I am sorry you even had to see it.

It didn't turn out too bad. Better than I could have scome up with anyway.

But the blue background suits her I think. You're right, it doesn't look as good as your other sigs, but everyone has an off day from time to time.

PLEASE! I NEED FEEDBACK OF ALL SORTS I want this to be my perfect sig !! Sakura-chan is my favorite character I want something special for her! I need people to point out anything that sux about it.

A couple things to note. Before judging

the pic on the bottom right has a shadow reflection.

The pic on the top left has a very faded mirror reflection it sorta blends in with the background!

I realize those 2 things and they are not flaws but they are my preference for the sig! Thanks!

Good sig, I think you've done very well on this one. The effects are nicely done, but those things you mentioned don't do too much for the overall image. I like the reflection of the main character image.

new tomoyo sig I will say this though i posted my work on anime-forums.com and I was flammed and called a noob. And there work consists of black and white plain looking sigs that have nothing but animated lettering. Not exactly skills but i am gonna make a .hack sig the same way they make there sigs just to show em there work is for noobs. Anyways I love this sig it looks great i made the background and everything

It takes a lot of effort to make a background good-looking like that, it isn't a newbie thing.

Black and white sigs are made either by people who don't know what they're doing, or by minimalists or by professional sig making agencies.

I like the new sig, the colours go together well, and the simple addition of a block colour background offset from the main one (with nifty mirror effect) makes a world of difference.

Still, its not a flashy moving sig, so not many people will take notice

yeah maybe comparing moving sigs with non-moving sigs isn't a very bright idea to begin with. Even though there moving sigs look queer but who am I to judge? lmao
