3d rendering practice

ive been screwing off with the 3d rendering abstract/photoshop combonation and came up with 2 completely random looking wallpapers.

I consider these noob works these are my very first attempts at the dark side of graphics AKA 3d Rendering/Photoshop

I hope to make stuff that actually looks cool but its taking alot of practice just to make these.

cinema 4d
im also making a go at very basic modeling. I was in the process of changing hair color and eyes etc but umm..... I kind of messed it up so i just kept this rough one

what sucks about this model is, I can't adjust the fingers so like... she looks like she's ready to strangle someone lol I made her kneel and everything though i guess that's kind of cool.

It's a bit too bright ... then again, my eyes are hurting a bit today, might just be that. Very slick, though!

Ever think about using maya on a mac? I hear it works wonders for 3d.

I have maya dl'd but I can't figure out how to crack it..... If anyone can help me id like that
