It's Macromedia Fireworks. Use it for all my stuff. The animating's not too bad, though I'm sure I go round a long route to getting it done. Get in touch if you want me to attempt to teach you a bit (and IRC the 'fully legal' software itself)

The annoying bit, as I mentioned, is getting it to blend in with the forum's colours. managed it now, though! Woo.
