How do you make animated GIFS??? like the one peaches made????
or is there a way of editing already made ones??

U can use microsoft Gif animator (old but still a pretty goood free animation program) or my personal fav Macromedia Flash MX. Best program to make animations. OF course i think u can use photoshop but I'm not sure still trying it out but th e graphics it makes r awesome lol....

Nvr used Imageready before could try it out tomorrow if I felt like it but I'm still mesin around with Photoshop man that program rocks....
