Anyway, not bad at all.
I love the Eva siggy...
However one problem you seem to have, is the variation in your text.
It always seems the same. You keep it in a little block chunk in the center.
It'd be more interesting if you spread it out, or did some kind of interesting format with it, that way it used up the space better, and doesnt look like the same old text square. (Just as is present with the 'Konoka & Nodoka' text)

Overall, though, it's not bad! ^_^

Not much to say about the sigs. But, Ang, couldn't you put up a link to the pic in your post, rather than just refer to your sig? Since, when you change your sig, it's kind of tricky to know which one/s/ you're talking about. Especially when reading the older posts.

Nah, Nec... You dun suck.
You just dont allow yourself to improve...
Try and gain vision. It's hard, but with it, you can get a better understanding of how to do things.
Look at other peoples sigs for ideas. And never stop trying to improve. =P

Well, I know it's hard to change your style...
But... Style is good... but keeping everything the same isnt.
Right now, your sigs look like almost duplicates.
Two stock images (one left, one right), block shaped text in the center... Minor text effects, (Bevel, Glow, Shadow, Font), slight stock effects (like the transparancy on the Evangeline one... the glow on both.), and a nifty background.

Try... Varying things up a bit. =Þ

i am still complaining about my bg and the snow fall( the snow fall changes so fast becouse.......there was too much mb in my original siggie it was 1.69mb o.O so i decided to delete sum of the frames)

Quick border
1. Make a new layer on top of everything.
2. Select the lasso tool.
3. Press ctrl+a to select all on the current layer.
4. Right click and choose stroke.
5. Change width to 1 and click ok.

Transparent Border
1. Make a new layer on top of everything.
2. Select the lasso tool.
3. Press ctrl+a to select all on the current layer.
4. Right click and choose stroke.
5. Change width to 3 and use black.
5. Goto stroke again. Change width to 2 and use white.
6. Goto stroke again. Change width to 1 and use black.
7. Set layer mode to overlay. (at the top left of the layer box)

oh the effect.......well the Merry crhistmas one it's pretty much the same
the snow effect its just a bit different
