Actually, I figured it out. I changed to Japanese language, Japan locale, and all woked except for mascots.

Doing that is more awkward for me because it changes all the English character layouts to American. Which means that when I try and do a " I get an @. And more evil stuff like that. And I can't do a £ symbol.

So overall doom. Cool that you got it working though. I'll try and fix mascots still.

I'll need to buy/aquire a Japanese copy of Win 95/98, and I'm not gonna spend time finding one and buying it until my exams are over. So just over two months.

If my bandwidth isn't being used up i'll send em if you want... constant 40KB/s upload for the last week.
Hosting a website + an XDCC bot isn't good for an ADSL line XD

I don't want 2k/XP. I want 95/98 because the programs are written using a horribly old version of Visual Basic, and it throws runtime errors on NT based versions of Windows. Hence me saying 95/98.
