There's currently a 517mb osts-pack of azumanga daioh on boxtorrent, i'm slowly getting it. I think your best bet would be to grab that one. Here's the description:

This torrent contains the assorted Azumanga Daion soundtracks - OSTs 1 and 2, the Very Short Movie OST, all eight character CDs, Utaimasho! (the AD vocals album) and the Oranges and Lemons Tribute to Azumanga Daioh (Oranges and Lemons are the group which sing the opening and closing songs) contained in six .zip files. All files are .mp3 files, with track titles in the ID1 and/or ID2 tags, redable by Winamp.
