Might be quick reply... I'm not sure about post reply, as I only use that if I multi-quote, but I've not had any problems with using that on the double-post kind of thing. It has been laggy at times though.
Is anything else on this server, Style? Could it be the old shoutbox causing this, d'you think?

I dunno but if i double click post reply, but oddly not quick reply, i get told that i have to wait 40 seconds between posts and am told to wait, ALWAYS a precise 25 seconds
