[Resolved] Can't get an avatar

Something most strange has happened two days ago I decided to change my avatar when I went to change it I got this message

and ever sinice that time when ever I try to get an avatar I get that message and the avatar never lodes all I get is a box with a cross through it,, so my question is what is wrong?

same thing happened to me too. I tested all 3 options, here are my results:

Upload Avatar from your machine - BROKEN
Upload Avatar from a URL - WORKS
Link to off-site Avatar - WORKS

I hope this gets fixed soon
