Wassup with the lottery?
If the daily and Weekly lotteries aren't on then why are they still on the drop down list?
Either turn it on or take it off.

The navagation bit cant be altered by admins, can it? Only Style? ANyway... I don't see anything wrong with enabling Lottery... And.. if you do want the button removed, and can access the code that displays it, lemme look at it, and I'm certain I can nix it. =P

The Lottery was turned off when the plaza was first introduced as only a couple of people played it and the interval was very short and the prizes fairly large. Racking up squillions of points for no effort and a guaranteed win was deemed inappropriate and abusive, so the Lottery was turned off, and is inactive everywhere in the vBplaza settings, just not turned off in the navbar
