Yep, anyways, the poll pretty much sums what people think, so, to avoid more problems I'm gonna lock, theres nothing really more to say here . Yes, ryo would be good for mod, etc.

We are glad that members are seeing the promotion of a replacement issue as an important one it has been and still is a tough decision.

from the moment that the spot was free and even some before the admin team has been hard at work deciding the various candidates best for the decision. Popularity is a part of the process as it tells the team that yes everyone as members will be happy to listen to their mod that they know and trust, but it is also not the deciding factor... in fact there have been many factors in the appointment of a new mod and the Admin team has not finished deciding the person to be selected yet we have so far come down to 3 candidates each with their own special attributes and skills that would be right for the position.

i think with regard with the topic of should Ryo be a mod yes/no it is not fair that the other mod candidates don't get a look in, and i think that most of the voters havent taken the time to think of other members and their skills or have the resources for investigation into this matter as there is a lot of different points that need discussing.

in short popularity will not be the decider of this selection, proven skills, abilities and dedication to the site will be the main deciding factor. the Admin team has 3 candidates to debate so hopefully the decision should be made within the week and we hope that no matter the choice that the member ship of this forums backs who ever is selected no matter who they are and in return the new mod respects and supports his position in the forums!
