Issues on nick usage and choice.

Firstly, Do not reply to this. Its for reading.

For those popular nicks, such as Naru, Kitsune, Mitsune, Kaolla, Motoko, Kanako, Shinobu, keitaro, etc. Everyone has the rights to choose/use these nicks.

Here are some ground rules regarding the choosing and registrations of nicks(Rules and Regulations may be updated at any time):

1) No usage of nick that just swap the position of the names. (Eg. If the nick "Naru Narusegawa" is already in use. "Narusegawa Naru" cannot be used.) As it may create confusion.
--> 1a) If any user that has solid ownership of such a type of nick. It can be requested by the user that he/she be allowed a secondary account bearing the same name with reverse position of the words. But a request MUST be made to the Admins or Moderators FIRST before such registrations can be made.

2) Contest of ownership of a nick
Here are the clauses:
--> 2a) As long as the original user of the nick do not contest for his/her nick within 2mths from the time u register the nick. The nick is yours completely.
--> 2a1) If u r not been regularly active on that nick. AFTER a mth of inactivity, the original owner of the nick will be granted posession of the nick, no matter how long have past before the original user make a contest for the nick. So do not take for granted that after 2mths the nick will be urs totally. We are actually encouraging ppl to be active on the forums and not hold multiple nicks.
-->2b) If the original owner, after receivng his/her nick back from a contest of ownership of the nick, at any point of time, was inactive for 1mth. Anyone can bring that point to the attention of the Admins or Moderators. That nick will be given a request email to sign in to the forum, so as to show that the owner still values his/her nick being returned and continue to support the forum.
-->2b1) After reciving the request email. The owner is required to log in at least once a week for a monitoring period of 1mth.
-->2b2) Only on special cases the owner can have a grace of once every 2weeks or once every mth. But the monitoring period will be extend.

3) No double nicks allowed. Only valid cases will be entertained or allowed.

4) No vulgar or discriminating nick will be allowed. Which include nicks that insult other users. Those nicks will be deleated without room for negotiation.

5) The Admins reserve the rights to take any course of action.
