hina you can you set it so where someoen post something in the help fourm it auto sets it as question then the admins can change it when it resolves?

I can set threads to require a prefix, but I can't set which prefix it has by default.

I was wondering if it was just me alone who's experienced that. Sometimes upon posting, I would click the submit button once, and it'd give me a message saying 'The forum requires you wait a maximum of 40 seconds before posting again'. Good to see I'm not imagining things.
