If ive heard correctly, Nani was banned for very pitiful reasons

(not being a fan of gaia being one of the reasons)

I may not like Nani, but it isnt right to ban him because of that (see? i can mature)

So please, bring him back.

It was an auto-ban... He got the infraction because of that...

So, reverse the infraction? Perhaps, unless the higher-ups can prove the point of it...

The real problem is this:


At the current system we have regarding flaming and infractions:
You get an infraction for flaming only if the one who was flamed reports it... If you flame someone who doesn't report it, you aren't infracted

Problem is, some members are more touchy than others... Meaning that they report for an insult whereas others do not...


What we have to fix is that. Mods should give infractions for flaming whether it was reported or not. Because those who constantly report give themselves somewhat of an aura of fear and "insult immunity" which, of course, is not fair


I have been insulted many times by many other members (Selo for example), but they have never been punished...

No, Pepe: the way to fix that would be by actually reporting it when you feel you've been flamed.

It's a fair system. We can't help it if only one side seems to use it.
