I have no problem if action needs to be taken if it starts to get out of hand. I will just hope for the best for what I really want is competition and not flaming wars. Quote:
We will keep that in mind. I am happy to see that you don't mind.

As for the very small number of active members, I dont think it will be too much of a problem as long each brigade has a minimun of two active members helping along. Plus, at the pace we are going, we might even lose those valuable active members too. As you said, its all about staying positive.

I don't want to seem like I'm stepping out though but if a leader of the GHK's rival is the only candidate, i feel i should volunteer, if those i recommended they couldn't or shouldn't. (Rival, not enemy) This is brigade war we are discussing though. Fan created rivalry can take place as well, however a proper war should be in competition and off site confrontation. Offsite meaning, on boards other than the brigade, e.g. the sneak attacks from Naru brigade members i found when analyzing the Motoko brigade history.

I'm all about reviving the brigades but...
These rivalries, honestly, are not the way to get it back ![]() I mean, what is an army if it has no troops? ![]() Brigades these days have low activity as it is. Therefore, what we should focus on for now is getting back activity in brigades; encouraging members to post more, bringing in more people to join and actually participate, and so on.

Mandrake and I were senior staff members of a huge Love Hina Club years back, back then it was extremely popular, now its lost a lot of its glamor...that will be our wall we need to get around. Finding those hardcore Love Hina fans that still roam around out there, bringing those people in.

this place used to be very popular before the riot, dozens of members active at any one time, then it happened and now we have just a few members active at any one time.
why would they come here? the brigades are dead for a reason. they're dead because people have left. |

Yes, bill, that's the problem we're faced with
nabbing people who are still properly interested in Love Hina (it's ten years old now...) and Negima. Negima's still charging aheaad, with new chapters being released, so I would assume that's got a bit better chance ![]() |
