Site Expansion

Well, Id find it hard to offer direct downloads, since sometimes with the shoutbox and all, it gets laggy, now imagine people downloading mp3's. Wouldnt work, so yeah, like KC says, either torrents or uploading to megaupload/rapidshare/others would be ideal.

Sounds like a fun idea, I'd certainly would want to participate in site creation

Well, we can LINK to stuff that is downloadable, that's why we have a downloads forum.

Alright! So yeah this sounds great, and I mean it. Probably the reason why its failed multiple tiems BC is because no one led the project! I have seen it numerous times in all of the sites i have made, without a leader, even if that leader does almost nothing the site wont go anywhere.


Actually for a start of what we want to aim for and what content to add the easiest and most appliable source is to look at other fan related sites with info and use the mas templates in a way. I will lsit some sites below of what im trying to go with this.


Also note doing this stuff will more then likely mean the site will grow, specially if what we are plannign on doing is making it the BEST out there.

I think you could be of great help Bebe. I believe the torrent I used to download the wholw LH manga was uploaded by you..

Hmmm.. Mp3s would be pretty hard to host... So I guess torrents are good..
But those free sites often delete files, if people don't download them...

So if we choose those places, we're gonna have to re-upload them occasionally...

Or we could all chip in and buy one of those premium accounts with a lot of space, and never deletes...

This site had masses of info. Bios might work, but hosting MP3s? wouldn't that be illegal or something?

Yeah needing a leader is our only problem. Of course it widdles down to who has privilages to edit the pages on the site, who i know can do that is style and probably BC. So yeah...no idea who can do it besides them, and style seems like hes very busy a lot of the time.

BC is a regular member. He may know how to edit pages, but can't with his present permissions.

If there is an inactive brigade, well, we could ask a dedicated member to do it..
