it'd have to be part of the board imo.
It's not like we couldn't have a spam board. besides, topics get deleted after a set time, spamming wouldn't really matter.

Naaah. Spam forum is a bad idea. It would spill out, à la SSF (apparently), and the quality of posts would descend back into the postcount-obsessive ages of last year.
