If it's pretty clear and pretty obvious that what one member did was an insult, then infract him/her.

If it's hazy, then don't.
Even if the victim felt insulted by what one person said, if the attack is not direct, then it's not deserving for an infraction.

Otherwise, if we really would like to infract one for that, the whole staff is going to have to talk about it, the victim would wonder "Why aren't they doing anything?", and more drama blahblahblah.

Clearly all you people are thinking with your genitals more than your heads. tone down on the testostrone and think rationally.

The penalties for flaming at another time could stand to be more lax. however at our current state of affairs i should hardly think that reducing our strategic numbers of people able to take nonverbal action against this is best.
It's true that drama seems to be a part of our lives, mainly because whilst repurcutions for showing your anger here exist, there are more lax than that of speaking in person. for some of us it is in our nature to hold grudges. this is where we let our pride take over our lives for a moment and act without thought. such revenge is certainly the base of justice to be sure, but we mus remember that the human way, the natural way, isn't always the right way.

An act happens. An act is judged. An act is then either noted, rewarded or punished.
that's the way the right chain SHOULD follow.
However in the case of our people here people disagree with their punishment for an act judged as bad. Voicing their opinion is fine, and that is tolerated. however continuing to campaign that point and started threads, and creating accounts is showing that you are too focused on defiance to think. this requires actions, popular or otherwise.

Basically Stop being hypocrytical people. do not use this place as an anger vent. do not cast accusations. do not spread dissent. do not lie to our faces. do not make me call you darth sidious.
