[HKSS] planned HKSS projects

OK, Looks like we've stagnated here in the HKSS, so I wanted to open up discussions on cool projects that anyone would be interested in.

Does anyone have any ideas?

That's a good idea.

Do we have any volunteers (of any rank) who want to lead this project? Good test of leadership skillz and judgment ^_^

I got it! A Shinobu AMV! Or better yet, a car contest! We find a picture of a car and digitally modify it into the best HKSS car! Or better yet, we can have a...poetry contest?

Others will have to lead these projects, as I have no knowledge on how to do any of the above ideas.

There's lot of Shinobu AMV's - www.animemusicvideos.org - however, your idea is good! How about going one step further: A HKSS recruiting video, with Shinobu-chan in it.

Well, we do have the HKSS Squad Car contest (project complete) the HKSS USA Squad Car contest (in progress) and HKSS paddy wagon contest (in progress) - how is this different?

You don't have to know how to DO the project in order to lead it. I've led many projects where I didn't know how to do the requested items. To successfully lead the project one must do certain things. I'll use the HKSS USA Squad Car Contest as a project example.
* determine the requirements of the project. Basically, describe the project with sufficient detail so anyone can participate. Example: The HKSS USA Squad Car Project is as follows. Imagine if the HKSS was using USA Squad cars (like Ford Crown Victorias, Chevy Caprices, etc) - how would it look like?
* determine the parameters - this is basically the numbers. Example: Top three entries get recommended for promotion. The minimum rank one must have to do this is : private
* if it is a contest, do the judging. If an entry doesn't seem to fit the project, ask for a re-do. If it is acceptable, accept the entry by posting something.
* determine the end time of the project. Example: You can close out the project when 3 people have submitted their HKSS USA Squad car pictures.
* when the project is finished, recommend promotions in the promotion announcement thread.

Does this sound difficult to anyone willing to take the lead on a project? I don't think so.

Now, only if I could find some leaders among the HKSS troops ^_^

I got one...again, since I'm probably the only one who's posting ideas. Maybe someone here is a really good artist. He/She can draw members of the HKSS and Shinobu Brigade! Or perhaps someone who's really good at doctoring pictures can take a picture of a gun or sword or whatever, and modify it. It can he an HKSS weapon contest. Sort of like the paddy wagon thing, only with weapons! I'm thinking a pepper spray combined with a flamethrower.

Hey, now that's a great idea. I usually use the WHOMPMaster 2000 Pillow Launcher (made by Kaolla Su Industries, Incorporated, a Delaware Company) ^_^

Great ideas on projects.

However, my time has been cut back due to RL issues, so I am looking for HKSS agents to lead these projects.

I'm looking at all my HKSS agents and seeing who is willing to take on the leadership of the project)

RPGmaker2k is a software program that can, believe it or not, allow you to make your own RPG! But it gets a little complicated at times and frankly, I used to have it myself. But it doesn't seem to be on the hard drive anymore. Using it can be a little difficult if you don't know what you're doing. Something I learned the hard way.
