a project is something we in the HKSS do. Many get promotions for doing projects, if the project calls for it.

You can take the Shinobu Quiz as many times as you want until you get the rank of Sergeant. Then after that you must take projects that fit within your rank range to move up.

edit: question for BC: How hard are the projects that you or whoever...assigns...is it something you can do overnight or will the project take you a good couple weeks?

Well, for the lower ranks the projects are easy. Once someone makes sergeant the projects get harder. The hardest projects are for my officers.

I still have nobody that took the ADVANCED Shinobu Quiz.
