[HKSS] Project: Translate Shinobu - Love Hina & Negima Forums

Translate the below:

I figure she's angry because I didn't talk to her at all.

This is a project? It's awfully simple for a full project... XD

Anyway, Kanjii aside... (I'm still awful with most...)

Some of what she's saying is fairly easy:

__ __ otoko!
Dai kirai desu!

Here's the best I can do:
Otoko - man
Dai - big (really)
Kirai - hate

So... Since I cant read the Kanji, the first line says something about a man...
And the second basically says "I really hate it!"
Or maybe 'hate that'... something along those lines.

I'll talk to my friend, Hirotaka, and see if he cant tell me what the Kanji reads. =P

I'm basing this on Chinese. Not 100% sure what the Japanese counterpart is, but it should be close.

The 4 red kanji on top:

相性確認

相 = alike, like(as in the feeling), or appearance
性 = gender, surname
確 = real, solid
認 = to admit, to recognize

so 相性確認would kinda mean "Nature/Emotion Check", but it should be painfully obvious from the pic >_>

And the dialogue:

最低才(blah blah jap i don't understand)
大(blah blah jap i don't understand)

最 = most, super
低 = to lower, to droop, deep
才 = can (as in ability), ability, talent

so 最低才 would mean lowest talent or lowest effort.

大 = big

there you go. I think shinobu was trying to say (with help from Ryo's post):

"You're a guy with pitiful talent!
I really hate you!"

btw, is shinobu going to puke or something? >_>

Shinobu's just holding her hands close to her mouth, in a shy manner.

Both of these give me some idea. Seems like both of you gave me half of the answer. So I'll count half credit each.

Ano... Pay close attention to that first line of her dialogue... I REALLY think that's a Katakana "オ" as apposed to a Kanji "才".
They ARE very similar...
But to me, at least, the strokes look CLEARLY unconnected, like the Katakana character for 'o', rather than the Kanji you posted.

I could be wrong...

Again, I'll ask my friend... If I ever remember...
(He came into the computer lab 3 minutes after I last posted... and I completely forgot to ask him about this. T__T)

But, I actually can read one of them...
The third from the beginning... "先"

sen - It means 'after'. It's also used in words like Sensei... Orrr...
"先輩" (The last two kanji there) - Sempai. ^_^

Actually... I take that back. I CAN read this!

浦島先輩 - Urashima-sempai
(Wow... that's amazing. I love IME! XD)

The second line is easier... if it wasnt for that second Kanji...

私 - watashi (I)

(something) kenai desu...

Someone find me what that Kanji translates to, and I can do this one... XD

Well, the next picture is of her with three hearts. At that point, she's no longer angry at me. I've got picture for 4 and 5 hearts so far.

that word (before kanai desu) means emotion.
