It would probably be unfair to grant a newbie like me the lines of lieutenant

Hell, our join dates are almost one year apart!

I'd prolly rise up to sergeant or gunnery and stay there for a loooooong time XD

Well, your great at the quiz! I am horrible! I think I only did it like 2 times, then I redesigned a bunch a sigs and got promoted that way instead. I hate the Shinobu quis XD

I...guess so? Every promotion I got was from the quiz, maybe reading the manga 5-6 times finally paid off? XD

It is possible for you or anyone to obtain this rank, assuming they do projects
